The Alzheimer's Family
Organization (AFO) is a voluntary health organization
dedicated to
providing support services, educational programs, and assistance to those
people
afflicted with Alzheimer's disease and their families.
AFO's office is located in Pasco
County and we service the counties of
Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Sumter, Lake, N.
Hillsborough, & N. Pinellas.
